1. Responsable du traitement

Quentin Niéloud, exploitant de Meevent en entreprise individuelle est responsable des traitements décrits ici. Cette notice couvre l'application web Meevent et ses fonctions de compte, découverte, publication et participation aux événements.

2. Données, finalités et bases juridiques

• Compte et service : adresse e-mail, identifiant Firebase, fournisseur de connexion et profil public limité sont utilisés pour créer le compte, authentifier l'utilisateur et fournir Meevent. Lorsque le RGPD s'applique, la base est l'exécution du contrat ou les mesures précontractuelles.
• Événements et interactions : titre, horaires, organisateur, adresse publique, liens, catégorie, participations et votes sont traités pour afficher et administrer le service demandé. Les contrôles de sécurité et de qualité reposent aussi sur l'intérêt légitime à protéger les utilisateurs et l'intégrité du service.
• Sécurité et prévention des abus : jetons App Check/reCAPTCHA, identifiants techniques, compteurs, quotas et signalements sont utilisés pour prévenir bots, spam, fraude et contenus illicites. La base est l'intérêt légitime à sécuriser Meevent et, selon le cas, une obligation légale ou la défense de droits.
• Position et cartographie : une ville choisie ou une position GPS partagée volontairement sert à afficher la carte et rechercher les événements dans un rayon maximal de 10 km. Le GPS n'est ni obligatoire pour créer un compte ni enregistré dans le profil. Le traitement répond à la fonction expressément demandée; un consentement est recueilli lorsque le droit applicable l'exige pour l'accès au terminal.
• Lieu d'un événement : Google Maps, Places et Geocoding vérifient le point et fournissent un identifiant de lieu; le serveur résout les coordonnées. Le point choisi est aussi transmis au service fédéral geo.admin.ch pour proposer une adresse officielle suisse que l'organisateur peut corriger et confirmer.

Les données marquées comme nécessaires dans les formulaires permettent d'authentifier l'utilisateur, d'afficher l'événement ou d'assurer la sécurité. Sans elles, la fonction concernée ne peut pas être fournie. Les données facultatives, notamment le GPS et les liens externes, peuvent être omises.

3. Stockage local, cookies et services demandés

La langue et le thème sont conservés dans le stockage local du navigateur. La connexion Firebase utilise une persistance limitée à la session du navigateur. App Check et reCAPTCHA peuvent déposer ou lire les éléments techniques nécessaires à la protection du service. Aucun outil publicitaire ou analytique n'est intégré dans cette version.

Google Maps, Places et Geocoding ne sont utilisés qu'après le choix d'une ville, le partage du GPS ou l'ouverture d'une fonction cartographique. Google reçoit alors notamment l'adresse IP, le centre de carte, le point choisi et les recherches saisies. Pour un lieu d'événement, geo.admin.ch reçoit le point choisi, l'adresse IP et les métadonnées techniques de la requête afin de proposer l'adresse officielle suisse. Tout futur traceur facultatif sera bloqué jusqu'au choix exigé par la loi, avec une possibilité de retrait aussi simple.

4. Destinataires, prestataires et transferts

Les données sont accessibles au personnel autorisé de Quentin Niéloud, exploitant de Meevent en entreprise individuelle et aux prestataires nécessaires au service. Google fournit Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage, App Check/reCAPTCHA, ainsi que Google Maps, Places et Geocoding lorsque ces fonctions sont utilisées. L'Office fédéral de topographie swisstopo fournit l'Annuaire officiel des adresses de bâtiments via le géoportail fédéral geo.admin.ch.

5. Conservation et suppression

• La session de connexion prend fin avec la session du navigateur; la langue et le thème restent jusqu'à leur modification ou leur effacement.
• Le profil, les événements et les interactions sont conservés pendant la vie du compte ou jusqu'à leur suppression, puis uniquement aussi longtemps que nécessaire pour traiter les signalements, prévenir les abus, respecter la loi ou défendre des droits.
• Un événement ne peut être programmé que dans les 20 jours suivant sa création et cesse d'être affiché lorsqu'il expire ou est supprimé.
• L'identifiant Places et le point d'un événement cessent d'être utilisés et affichés 28 jours après leur vérification; le nettoyage planifié les retire ensuite du stockage.
• Les journaux de sécurité et sauvegardes suivent les cycles de rotation du prestataire et ne sont pas réutilisés pour une autre finalité.

6. Vos droits

Selon le droit applicable, vous pouvez demander l'accès, la rectification, l'effacement, la limitation, l'opposition et la portabilité, ainsi que retirer un consentement sans effet rétroactif. Écrivez à quentin.nieloud@gmail.com. Une vérification proportionnée de l'identité peut être demandée. Vous pouvez aussi déposer une plainte auprès du Préposé fédéral à la protection des données et à la transparence (PFPDT) ou, lorsque le RGPD s'applique, auprès de l'autorité du lieu de votre résidence habituelle, de votre travail ou de la violation alléguée.

7. Mineurs

Meevent est réservé aux personnes âgées d'au moins 18 ans. Une personne plus jeune ne doit pas créer de compte. Si nous apprenons qu'un compte ne respecte pas cette limite, nous le supprimons et pouvons demander les informations nécessaires pour vérifier l'âge.

8. Décisions automatisées

Meevent ne prend pas de décision exclusivement automatisée produisant des effets juridiques ou similaires sur l'utilisateur. Les contrôles automatiques anti-abus et les limites de fréquence peuvent bloquer temporairement une action afin de protéger le service; ils ne servent pas à établir un profil commercial.

9. Google Maps et modifications

Les fonctions cartographiques sont soumises aux conditions Google Maps et aux règles de confidentialité de Google. Une modification substantielle de cette notice sera signalée dans le service ou par un autre moyen approprié. La version et la date d'entrée en vigueur figurent en haut de la page.

2. Data, purposes and legal bases

• Account and service: email address, Firebase identifier, sign-in provider and limited public profile are used to create the account, authenticate the user and provide Meevent. Where the GDPR applies, the basis is performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps.
• Events and interactions: title, times, organiser, public address, links, category, attendance and votes are processed to display and administer the requested service. Security and quality controls also rely on the legitimate interest in protecting users and service integrity.
• Security and abuse prevention: App Check/reCAPTCHA tokens, technical identifiers, counters, quotas and reports are used to prevent bots, spam, fraud and unlawful content. The basis is the legitimate interest in securing Meevent and, where relevant, a legal duty or the establishment and defence of claims.
• Location and maps: a selected city or voluntarily shared GPS position is used to display the map and find events within a maximum 10 km radius. GPS is not required to create an account and is not stored in the profile. Processing supplies the feature expressly requested; consent is obtained where applicable law requires it for device access.
• Event venue: Google Maps, Places and Geocoding verify the point and supply a place identifier; the server resolves its coordinates. The chosen point is also sent to the federal geo.admin.ch service to suggest an official Swiss address that the organiser can correct and confirm.

Fields marked as required enable authentication, event display or security. The related feature cannot be supplied without them. Optional data, including GPS and external links, may be omitted.

3. Local storage, cookies and requested services

Language and theme are held in browser local storage. Firebase sign-in uses persistence limited to the browser session. App Check and reCAPTCHA may place or read technical elements needed to protect the service. This release contains no advertising or analytics tool.

Google Maps, Places and Geocoding are used only after a city choice, GPS sharing or opening a mapping feature. Google then receives information including the IP address, map centre, chosen point and search text. For an event venue, geo.admin.ch receives the chosen point, IP address and technical request metadata to suggest the official Swiss address. Any future optional tracker will remain blocked until the choice required by law, with withdrawal as easy as acceptance.

4. Recipients, providers and transfers

Data is available to authorised Quentin Niéloud, exploitant de Meevent en entreprise individuelle personnel and providers needed for the service. Google supplies Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage, App Check/reCAPTCHA, and Google Maps, Places and Geocoding when those features are used. The Federal Office of Topography swisstopo supplies the Official Directory of Building Addresses through the federal geoportal geo.admin.ch.

Firebase Authentication processes data in the United States, and other Google/Firebase services may use global infrastructure. Where Swiss or European law requires it, transfers rely on an adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, supplemented by suitable security measures. A copy of or information about those safeguards may be requested through the contact address above.

5. Retention and deletion

• The sign-in session ends with the browser session; language and theme remain until changed or cleared.
• The profile, events and interactions are kept for the life of the account or until deletion, then only as long as needed to handle reports, prevent abuse, comply with law or establish and defend claims.
• An event can be scheduled only within 20 days of creation and stops being displayed when expired or deleted.
• An event's Places identifier and point stop being used and displayed 28 days after verification; scheduled cleanup then removes them from storage.
• Security logs and backups follow provider rotation cycles and are not reused for another purpose.

6. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw consent without retrospective effect. You may also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, where the GDPR applies, to the authority for your habitual residence, place of work or the alleged infringement.

7. Children

Meevent is limited to people aged at least 18. A younger person must not create an account. If we learn that an account is below this limit, we delete it and may request information needed to verify age.

8. Automated decisions

Meevent does not make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on a user. Automated abuse controls and rate limits may temporarily block an action to protect the service; they are not used to build a commercial profile.

9. Google Maps and changes

Mapping features are subject to the Google Maps terms and Google Privacy Policy. A material change to this notice will be communicated in the service or by another appropriate method. The version and effective date appear at the top of the page.

2. Daten, Zwecke und Rechtsgrundlagen

• Konto und Dienst: E-Mail-Adresse, Firebase-Kennung, Anmeldeanbieter und begrenztes öffentliches Profil dienen der Kontoerstellung, Anmeldung und Bereitstellung von Meevent. Soweit die DSGVO gilt, ist die Grundlage die Vertragserfüllung oder eine vorvertragliche Maßnahme.
• Veranstaltungen und Interaktionen: Titel, Zeiten, Veranstalter, öffentliche Adresse, Links, Kategorie, Teilnahmen und Stimmen werden zur Anzeige und Verwaltung des angeforderten Dienstes verarbeitet. Sicherheits- und Qualitätskontrollen stützen sich außerdem auf das berechtigte Interesse am Schutz der Nutzer und der Dienstintegrität.
• Sicherheit und Missbrauchsschutz: App-Check-/reCAPTCHA-Token, technische Kennungen, Zähler, Quoten und Meldungen dienen dem Schutz vor Bots, Spam, Betrug und rechtswidrigen Inhalten. Grundlage ist das berechtigte Interesse an der Sicherung von Meevent sowie gegebenenfalls eine gesetzliche Pflicht oder die Geltendmachung und Verteidigung von Ansprüchen.
• Standort und Karten: eine gewählte Stadt oder freiwillig geteilte GPS-Position dient zur Kartenanzeige und Suche in höchstens 10 km Umkreis. GPS ist für ein Konto nicht erforderlich und wird nicht im Profil gespeichert. Die Verarbeitung liefert die ausdrücklich angeforderte Funktion; soweit für den Gerätezugriff gesetzlich nötig, wird eine Einwilligung eingeholt.
• Veranstaltungsort: Google Maps, Places und Geocoding prüfen den Punkt und liefern eine Ortskennung; der Server ermittelt die Koordinaten. Der gewählte Punkt wird außerdem an den Bundesdienst geo.admin.ch übermittelt, um eine amtliche Schweizer Adresse vorzuschlagen, die der Veranstalter korrigieren und bestätigen kann.

Als erforderlich gekennzeichnete Angaben ermöglichen Anmeldung, Veranstaltungsanzeige oder Sicherheit. Ohne sie kann die jeweilige Funktion nicht erbracht werden. Freiwillige Angaben wie GPS und externe Links können entfallen.

3. Lokale Speicherung, Cookies und angeforderte Dienste

Sprache und Design werden im lokalen Browserspeicher gehalten. Die Firebase-Anmeldung ist auf die Browsersitzung begrenzt. App Check und reCAPTCHA können technische Elemente setzen oder lesen, die zum Schutz des Dienstes nötig sind. Diese Version enthält keine Werbung und kein Analysewerkzeug.

Google Maps, Places und Geocoding werden erst nach Auswahl einer Stadt, GPS-Freigabe oder Öffnen einer Kartenfunktion verwendet. Google erhält dann unter anderem IP-Adresse, Kartenzentrum, gewählten Punkt und Suchtext. Für einen Veranstaltungsort erhält geo.admin.ch den gewählten Punkt, die IP-Adresse und technische Anfragemetadaten, um die amtliche Schweizer Adresse vorzuschlagen. Künftige optionale Tracker bleiben bis zur gesetzlich nötigen Auswahl blockiert; der Widerruf wird so einfach wie die Zustimmung.

4. Empfänger, Anbieter und Übermittlungen

Daten sind befugten Mitarbeitenden von Quentin Niéloud, exploitant de Meevent en entreprise individuelle und den für den Dienst nötigen Anbietern zugänglich. Google stellt Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage, App Check/reCAPTCHA sowie bei Nutzung Google Maps, Places und Geocoding bereit. Das Bundesamt für Landestopografie swisstopo stellt das Amtliche Verzeichnis der Gebäudeadressen über das Bundesgeoportal geo.admin.ch bereit.

Firebase Authentication verarbeitet Daten in den Vereinigten Staaten; weitere Google-/Firebase-Dienste können globale Infrastruktur nutzen. Soweit schweizerisches oder europäisches Recht dies verlangt, beruhen Übermittlungen auf einem Angemessenheitsbeschluss oder geeigneten Vertragsgarantien wie Standardvertragsklauseln, ergänzt durch angemessene Sicherheitsmaßnahmen. Eine Kopie oder Informationen zu diesen Garantien können über die oben genannte Kontaktadresse angefordert werden.

5. Aufbewahrung und Löschung

• Die Anmeldung endet mit der Browsersitzung; Sprache und Design bleiben bis zur Änderung oder Löschung erhalten.
• Profil, Veranstaltungen und Interaktionen werden für die Dauer des Kontos oder bis zur Löschung aufbewahrt, danach nur soweit dies für Meldungen, Missbrauchsschutz, gesetzliche Pflichten oder Rechtsansprüche nötig ist.
• Eine Veranstaltung kann nur innerhalb von 20 Tagen nach ihrer Erstellung geplant werden und wird nach Ablauf oder Löschung nicht mehr angezeigt.
• Places-Kennung und Punkt einer Veranstaltung werden 28 Tage nach der Prüfung nicht mehr genutzt oder angezeigt; die geplante Bereinigung entfernt sie anschließend aus dem Speicher.
• Sicherheitsprotokolle und Sicherungen folgen den Rotationszyklen des Anbieters und werden nicht für andere Zwecke weiterverwendet.

6. Ihre Rechte

Je nach anwendbarem Recht können Sie Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung, Widerspruch und Datenübertragbarkeit verlangen sowie eine Einwilligung ohne Rückwirkung widerrufen. Schreiben Sie an quentin.nieloud@gmail.com. Eine verhältnismäßige Identitätsprüfung kann erforderlich sein. Sie können sich außerdem beim Eidgenössischen Datenschutz- und Öffentlichkeitsbeauftragten (EDÖB) oder, soweit die DSGVO gilt, bei der Behörde Ihres gewöhnlichen Aufenthaltsorts, Arbeitsplatzes oder des mutmaßlichen Verstoßes beschweren.

7. Minderjährige

Meevent ist Personen ab 18 Jahren vorbehalten. Jüngere Personen dürfen kein Konto erstellen. Erfahren wir, dass ein Konto diese Grenze unterschreitet, löschen wir es und können die zur Altersprüfung nötigen Angaben anfordern.

8. Automatisierte Entscheidungen

Meevent trifft keine ausschließlich automatisierten Entscheidungen mit rechtlicher oder ähnlich erheblicher Wirkung für Nutzer. Automatische Missbrauchskontrollen und Nutzungslimits können eine Handlung zum Schutz des Dienstes vorübergehend blockieren; sie dienen nicht der Erstellung eines kommerziellen Profils.

9. Google Maps und Änderungen

Für Kartenfunktionen gelten die Google-Maps-Bedingungen und die Datenschutzerklärung von Google. Wesentliche Änderungen dieser Erklärung werden im Dienst oder auf andere angemessene Weise mitgeteilt. Version und Wirksamkeitsdatum stehen oben auf der Seite.
